What makes you integration specialists rather than just another software house?

We build complete systems like any software house does. The difference is where the effort goes. On most projects the hard part is not the screens, it is the exchange with the six other systems that already exist. We design for that first: explicit contracts, idempotent writes, replayable failures and monitoring on every hop. That focus comes from fourteen years of doing it in environments where a lost message has a real cost.

Can you work with our existing team and codebase?

Yes, and a good share of our work starts that way. We adopt systems built by other people regularly. The first step is always the same: make it observable, so we can see what it actually does rather than what the documentation claims. After that we stabilise, then improve.

What if our system is old and has no API?

That is a normal starting point. Depending on what is available we integrate at the database level with change data capture, through file exchange, by screen level automation as a last resort, or by building an API facade in front of it. The facade approach is usually best, because it gives you a clean interface today and a migration path later.

How long does an integration project take?

A single well defined integration with a documented API is typically two to four weeks. A platform connecting several systems with transformation rules and reconciliation is usually two to four months. The assessment engagement exists so you get a real estimate instead of a guess.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do, completely. Code lives in your repositories, infrastructure is defined as code and runs in your accounts, and documentation is handed over with it. There is no proprietary runtime you have to keep paying for and no lock in if you want to take it in house.

How do you handle security and data protection?

Least privilege on every credential, secrets in a managed vault rather than in configuration, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logs on anything that touches personal data. We work with GDPR and LGPD requirements and can sign a data processing agreement.

Do you offer support after the project ends?

Yes. Most clients move into a managed operation agreement once the system is live, with defined response windows and a pool of hours for changes. If you prefer to run it yourself, we train your team and hand over the runbooks. Both paths are supported.

Where are you based and which timezones do you cover?

We work remotely and have delivered across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. Working hours overlap is agreed at the start of the engagement, and out of hours escalation is part of the managed operation agreement.
